The hotel is ideally located, just a 3-5 minute walk from convenient transportation options including trains, buses, and trams. There are numerous cafés and restaurants nearby, and a shopping mall is close by. It’s also a pleasant 10-minute walk to the lake and the historic old town. The hotel is very clean and offers good WiFi. The service at the reception was excellent, especially Marco, who provided invaluable assistance when we checked in, helping us navigate the area and recommending places to visit.

Brilliant location, close to the central train station, with restaurants, fast food chains and shops within walking distance. For those in need of a caffeine fix a well known chain is on the corner if you turn left out of the main entrance. A 10 minute walk from the hotel and you are on the shores of Lake Geneva. Brilliant staff, very friendly and polite, even found an umbrella for me to borrow, when it was raining. Room was clean with bathroom and shower, a safe for your valuables, a kettle with coffee and tea.

We were travelling by train from Turino to Geneva. We were looking for a property that was within walking distance of the train station. Also, there were three of us in our group, so we needed a room that could accommodate all three. Hotel Cristal was able to meet all of those needs.

The location of the hotel is great with easy access to almost everything essential. Rooms are neat and generally very tidy environment. Also great to have access to public transport provided for by the hotel and very friendly and professional staff.

The reception staff were efficient and helpful to assist in explaining the we can things to do. The rooms are very clean, modern and minimalist styled. Good bathroom layout and size. The location is right next to the Geneva train station with a 3 min walk. It is easy to pull your luggage through the metro shopping without crossing any roads. Very convenient to food and attractions.

The staff was lovely. The room was well-sized, and the wifi worked well. I liked the breakfast area. It's very easy to access the hotel from the train station. Make sure to ask for the free public transport option when you check in.

Clean room, good internet connection, comfortable beds. Good choice if you prefer to stay in a close proximity to the city center, the Jet, very close to train station and a supermarket with a vide selection of prepared food (Migros). We bought ready-to-eat sandwiches and asked staff at the hotel's cafe (8th floor) to heat it us for us, which they kindly done absolutely for free.

The Hotel Cristal Design is in a very central and convenient location, only 5 minutes walk from the main train station in Geneva. The train from the airport to the main station is 7 minutes and cheap. There are a lot of restaurants and bars in the nearby area and it is walking distance across the lake to Old Town. The room was really spacious and clean and had everything you need. The bed was also really comfortable. Staff were super helpful. The area is generally pretty busy so it's safe at night.

The room was surprisingly quite spacious, at least for me to have a spot for prayer. The toilet was clean, the bed was comfy, and eateries were just nearby. The hotel also has a very strategic location. It was just that I was not able to close the window tightly, so we heard some noises outside
